Lou holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psych), Master of Criminology and Criminal Justice (Hons), Restrictive Practice Trainer (MAYBO), and is finalising a Master of Mental Health Practice. Lou has a person-centred approach and experience in trauma-informed practices. With a strong commitment to continuous learning, Lou integrates evidence-based strategies to support individuals' mental health and wellbeing.

Rachael develops person-centred, evidence-based support plans tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
