Sharon has experience supporting clients across the lifespan—from young children to older adults. She specialises in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment difficulties, autism, grief and loss, trauma, and relationship challenges.
Delfina Serantes
Behaviour Support Practitioner - Social Worker
Delfina Serantes is an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner and Social Worker with over a decade in community services, disability, aged care, and mental health. Passionate about inclusive, client-centred support, she excels at creating tailored Behaviour Support Plans to meet individual needs and reduce restrictive practices. Delfina works collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to build sustainable capacity.

Behaviour Support Practitioner
Lisa has a vast range of experiences across many disciplines within the disability industry. Lisa has worked alongside children and adults of all ages and abilities, individually and facilitated group activities and sessions across many different settings. She specialises in supporting participants living with dementia.

Dawn has extensive experience working in numerous specialties in the medical sector, including General Practice, Cardiology, Child Development, Therapies, and Allied Health. She is passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting our Behaviour Support team to achieve the best outcomes for the participants we provide service to.

Psychologist (Approved Supervisor) - Lead Behaviour Support Practitioner
Kellie is a registered psychologist and an APRA approved supervisor with a passion for equality. Kellie has lived experience with disability both individually and within her family. Kellie worked in private practice before commencing work in the not-for-profit area of disability and employment.

Behaviour Support Practitioner - Counsellor
Alison brings decades of experience working with children, adults, couples and families. She offers a diverse skill set and broad expertise, holding a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master of Counselling and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
