Behaviour Support Practitioner
Stephanie-lee Pearl is an NDIS Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner with over 9 years’ experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults aged 2 to 75 years. She holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science, a Graduate Certificate and Master of Autism Studies from Griffith University, and a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis from Monash University.Â
Stephanie has extensive experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Schizophrenia, and Borderline Personality Disorder, and is highly skilled in working with complex and high-risk behaviours. She has worked across early intervention, school, community, and adult services, and has a strong commitment to positive behaviour support and restrictive practice reduction.
In addition to her clinical work, Stephanie has held senior leadership roles where she supervised, trained, and mentored Behaviour Support Practitioners and led service delivery within multidisciplinary teams.
Stephanie is passionate about improving quality of life and is known for her individualised, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach, ensuring behaviour support is ethical, respectful, and aligned with each person’s strengths, values, and goals.
