Isabella holds a degree in Behavioural Science (Psychology) and has experience supporting individuals across disability and behaviour support settings. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, using a practical, person-centred approach to build skills, increase independence, and enhance quality of life.

Isabella’s work is guided by evidence-based practice, with a strong focus on Positive Behaviour Support and understanding the function of behaviour. She collaborates closely with families, support workers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement strategies that are meaningful, sustainable, and tailored to each individual.

She also believes the therapeutic relationship is central to positive outcomes, valuing trust, consistency, and genuine connection in her work. Isabella is committed to supporting individuals to achieve meaningful outcomes across home, school, work, and community settings.
