Kelvin Dhillon
Behaviour Support Practitioner
Kelvin is a Behaviour Support Practitioner who supports young people and adults with complex psychosocial and behavioural needs. He works with individuals with disability, complex trauma, dual diagnoses (including substance use), and forensic histories, using evidence-based, person-centred and trauma-informed approaches.
Kelvin has experience across custodial and community settings, providing therapeutic support, conducting risk assessments, and developing Positive Behaviour Support Plans. His work focuses on reducing restrictive practices, promoting dignity, and building long-term skills and safer behaviour—alongside strong collaboration with families, teams and other stakeholders. Kelvin is currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Science (Psychology).
