Having worked across all age groups — from adolescents to older adults — she's built a versatile, well-rounded approach that shapes every plan she writes, always tailored to the individual in front of her.

Ciara holds Diplomas in Childhood Care and Education and Special Needs Assisting, along with her registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner. Based in the Ipswich area, she works closely with participants and their support networks across the Ipswich and Toowoomba regions, designing plans that are practical, person-centred, and genuinely reflect each participant's goals.
